This is the house before construction started.

A pier and beam foundation was used due to the limited access to the yard. The addition is 16ft x 16ft.
Framing and sheething is done.
Shingles are a perfect match to the house.
Windows and door are installed.
James Hardi siding and trim were used.
Exterior is complete.
The client wanted a large window sill. It is 8 inches wide.
The outside of the house is now an inside wall of brick!!
"We started out with a piece of graph paper and a pencil. We sketched out a screened in porch. Then it became a porch with windows. Then it became a sunroom. We found Eddie and he helped us fill in the blank spots. He helped us decide on sliding windows which were 3 feet wide by 5 feet tall. We decided on a door with glass in it. We wanted to be able to see out as much as we could but keep the bugs out. He helped us decide on the material to use on the outside (Hardie board), what material to use on the inside and what to use on the floor. I got to choose the color. It’s Summer Sorbet.
We are very pleased with Eddie. He showed up when he said he would. He cleaned up the area as he went. He put up every thing when he left at the end of the day and was ready to start again the next morning. He did everything from the concrete foundation footing to the shingles and all of the finish work inside. We are very happy with our "sunroom." The cats especially like their new feline cattery. We are now just waiting for some cooler weather. The Hunter fan is great even in this weather. He put up with our questions. He never lost his cool when something didn’t work out. He just found a solution. His motto should be, "No Problem!"
