Very small master bathroom remodel that I did. The bottom half of the walls were paneling and the top half was heavy textured sheetrock. The home owner removed the sheetrock, paneling and wood vanity to save money.

I installed a new window, new sheetrock and tile as part of the remodel. The homowner did all the painting to save even more money. I then finished it off by installing everything.

The shower is very small and has a low ceiling. This is very typical for homes built during this time frame, and I installed insulation above that low ceilng.

The tile is from Home Depot, and a style they keep in stock. Working with in stock materials saves allot of money by speeding up the remodel and buying exactly the amount that you need. If we need more, it's a very simple task of just going to the store to pick it up.

I worked with the clients on colors and a pattern that they liked. The picture shows the pattern, and how it gives the apperance of greater height to the small space.
