This laundry room had a leak for quite awhile. 

After cleaning up the mess, it was obvious that the problem was in the drain line and old fashioned, metal mount that held everything together.  The metal was not water proof, and water leaked through it into the wall.

I replaced the drain in the wall, and all components with brand new.
