This roof has allot of problems. It all started when the air ducts were installed. Instead of routing them around the lumber that makes up the rafters, they cut the rafters.

Without all the wood required to support the roof, other pieces of lumber snapped.

And still, others cracked.

I had to rebuild the roof from the inside, while leaving the ductwork in place.  Every piece that broke was replaced with larger or more lumber then used in the orginal build.

Every piece was custom cut and fitted. Then I screwd them together for additional strength.  The roof is now stronger then it was when originally built.
